Pharmacy Customer Monthly Prezzy Card Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1.  The promotional period runs from May 2024 until cancelled at the Promoter’s discretion.

2. Eligible Pharmacies are those who are members of pharmacyEXTRA.email and who elect to participate.

3. Eligible entrants are New Zealand residents currently living in New Zealand who sign up to their Eligible Pharmacy’s mailing list during the promotional period.

4. Only one entry per entrant is allowed over the promotional period.

5. Each month ONE (1) winner will be drawn at random by the Promoter from the Eligible Entries. The Winner and their Pharmacy will be notified by email to arrange for the supply of the prize.

6. The Winner will receive a $200 Prezzy card. The Winner agrees to having a photo of them with their prize shared on their pharmacy’s Facebook page.

7. Prizes, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries or prizes that are lost or damaged.

8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion.

9. The Promoter is pharmacyEXTRA (DATAPHARM Limited). The decisions of the Promotor on all matters relating to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. To the extent permitted by the law, the Promotor excludes any liability it may have arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition.

11. Owners or Employees of Eligible Pharmacies, pharmacyEXTRA (DATAPHARM Limited) and their agents are excluded from entering into this promotion.
